Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Texcio Scout (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Texcio Scout is a recruitment platform that connects candidates with employers. It provides AI-assisted resume analysis, candidate–job matching, job postings, and an application pipeline for recruiters and hiring teams.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You may sign up as a Candidate or a Recruiter; each role has access to different features described throughout the Service.

When you upload a resume or complete your profile, you grant Texcio Scout permission to process that content, including sending extracted resume text to third-party AI providers (see our Privacy Policy), in order to generate summaries, skill lists, and match scores, and to share your profile and resume with recruiters whose jobs you apply to.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and resume.

Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings and company information they publish, including compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. Texcio Scout does not vet job postings before publication and reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Resume scores, skill extraction, match percentages, and written summaries are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of a candidate’s qualifications, a job’s suitability, or a hiring outcome, and should not be the sole basis for any hiring or employment decision.

Some features may be offered under paid plans. Where paid plans are available, pricing and billing terms are presented at checkout at the time you subscribe. You may cancel a subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms shown for your plan.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
• Upload content you don’t have the right to share
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse other users’ data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security

The Texcio Scout name, logo, and platform are the property of Texcio Inc. Content you upload (resumes, job postings, profile information) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service as described in these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texcio Scout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including hiring decisions made using information from the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
