Hiring shouldn’t be a guessing game.

Texcio Scout was built around a simple idea: recruiters spend too much time reading resumes that don’t fit, and good candidates get lost in piles of applications that never get a fair look. We use AI to close that gap on both sides, helping candidates find roles that actually match their skills, and helping recruiters spend their time on the applicants most likely to be a fit.

Our Story

Texcio Scout started in 2024, built by a young team of professionals who kept running into the same problem from opposite sides of the hiring table: strong candidates getting filtered out by keyword-matching software, and recruiters drowning in applications with no good way to tell who was actually worth a closer look.

That frustration turned into the idea behind Texcio Scout. What if AI handled the tedious part, the reading, extracting, and comparing, and let people focus on what they’re actually good at? Deciding who to hire, and finding where you’d do your best work.

We’re still early, still a small team, and still building. That idea hasn’t changed.

AI-first, not AI-only

We use AI to surface signal like skills, summaries, and match scores, but the hiring decision always stays with people.

Built for speed

From resume upload to a scored, ranked applicant list in seconds, not days.

Fit over keywords

Matching looks at actual skills and experience, not just whether a resume contains the right buzzwords.

How Texcio Scout works

For candidates: build a profile, upload a resume, and our AI extracts your skills and generates a summary and score. From there, you get matched against open roles and can apply in a couple of clicks.

For recruiters: post a role, and as candidates apply, each one is automatically scored and ranked against your job description, with a plain-language explanation of fit and any skill gaps, so you know who to talk to first.
