For Candidates
Create your account
Sign up as a Candidate with your email, or continue with Google.
Complete your profile
Add your headline, location, bio, skills, and years of experience from your dashboard. The more complete it is, the better your AI match scores.
Upload your resume
Upload a PDF resume and our AI will extract your skills, write a short summary, and score it, usually within a few seconds.
Browse jobs and check your matches
Browse open roles, or check your AI Match Report to see jobs ranked by how well they fit your profile, with an explanation and any missing skills.
Apply
Apply directly from a job listing with your resume and an optional cover letter. Track the status of every application from My Applications.
For Recruiters
Create your account
Sign up as a Recruiter, then set up your company profile.
Post a job
Add a title, description, required skills, location, and salary range, then publish it to the public job board.
Review applicants
As candidates apply, view them from your dashboard along with their resume, profile, and cover letter.
Check the AI Match Report
Each applicant is automatically scored against your job description and ranked, with an explanation of fit and any skill gaps, so you know who to talk to first.
Move candidates through your pipeline
Update an applicant’s status (Screening, Interview, Offer, or Rejected) as they move through your process.
